Here at Mj\u00e4lloms we have our very own bakery where we bake flatbread with cultured grains, in the same way as we did before. An organic flatbread baked by hand in a wood-fired oven. Take the opportunity to look in and feel the smell of freshly baked flatbread. The bakery is open every day during the summer at 10.00-15.00.<\/p>\n

Flatbread course \u2013 hands-on<\/p>\n
A nice little activity is to book our simple flatbread course where you can try baking yourself with our bakers. No previous knowledge required. We accept a maximum of 6 people, one party, per baking occasion. If there are more of you who come along but do not want to bake, the others can check out our fine delicatessen in the meantime.<\/p>\n
Baking is available for booking during the summer. Expect the baking to take about 1-1.5 hours.<\/p>\n
Price:<\/strong> SEK 400 basic fee + SEK 100 \/ adult and SEK 80 \/ child up to 12 years.<\/p>\n Your party gets the bakery to yourself together with the supervisor during the baking.
